How We Work Together

A high-trust partnership for leaders navigating complexity, scale, and change.

What I Offer

I work with a small number of CEOs and senior executives leading in high-growth, high-stakes environments.

These leaders aren’t looking for surface-level advice or motivational fluff. They want a serious, grounded partner — someone who understands the pressure, challenges their thinking, and helps them grow in ways that ripple across the business.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not consulting.

It’s executive coaching designed to strengthen your leadership operating system — so you can scale yourself while scaling the company.

Who I Work With

I coach a select group of leaders, typically:

  • Founders and CEOs of venture-backed or scaling companies

  • Senior executives at top-tier firms or fast-moving organizations

  • Leaders in transition — stepping into new roles, scopes, or strategic complexity

Most come by referral.

Some leaders engage for a defined stretch — a transition, a transformation, or a period of strategic intensity.

Others continue beyond the initial scope, using the work to strengthen their leadership foundations as the company scales.

What It Looks Like in Practice

We typically meet weekly or bi-weekly by phone or Zoom, based on your schedule and capacity.

Sessions are structured but flexible — focused on what’s most important in the moment. That might be:

  • A critical decision

  • A difficult conversation

  • A persistent leadership pattern worth shifting

You’ll also have direct access to me between sessions via text or voice for time-sensitive decisions.

Think of this less as a series of meetings, and more as an ongoing collaboration — a space to pause, reflect, and navigate the things that don’t fit neatly on your calendar.

I’m here as a thought partner, challenger, and sounding board. I’ll push you to slow down when it matters — to step back, reflect more deeply, and make decisions with greater intention.

Outcomes

Over time, coaching shows up in how you think, decide, and lead:

  • Sharper decisions under pressure

  • Clearer priorities amid complexity

  • Stronger teams and healthier culture

  • Greater alignment between what you value and how you operate

  • More resilience and clarity, even when the stakes are high

Done well, coaching doesn’t just make you a more effective leader.

It raises the standard for how you show up everywhere that matters.
