I didn’t have an executive coach back then—so I’ve now spent years working, studying, and training to become the coach I wish I’d had.

Along the way, I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders—venture-backed founders and CEOs, corporate executives, bootstrapped entrepreneurs, family offices, and even scientists.

I've co-founded, scaled, and led two companies through IPOs — and continued to lead them as public companies.

Earlier in my career, I built and led high-growth international businesses for one of the world's largest media companies, including launching major brands across Asia.

I've run global teams, lived in five countries, and later invested in hundreds of companies as a partner at two venture capital firms, one of which I co-founded.

As part of my coaching work, I'm a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

  • I work with people who lead other people—founders, CEOs, and senior leaders at companies, funds, and institutions.

    Many are founders navigating the unique intensity of building something from scratch: scaling fast, managing teams for the first time, balancing vision with execution, or facing investor pressure. Others are seasoned leaders running large, complex organizations.

    What they have in common is that they’re doing hard things—and they’re not satisfied with just getting through it. They want to grow: their companies, their teams, and themselves.

  • It’s hard to reduce this work to a checklist. Most of my clients come to me during a period of transition or uncertainty—when the stakes feel high, the path is unclear, or the pressure is mounting. We often begin with one focus, but the work deepens and expands from there.
