Peter Brack

Peter Brack is an executive coach who works with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders navigating scale, complexity, and high-stakes transitions. His practice is referral-only and built around clients backed by top-tier firms including Sequoia Captal, General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, and KKR--founders moving through rapid growth, executives stepping into bigger scope, and leaders at inflection points around exits and the decisions that follow.

Before coaching, he spent three decades building and scaling media and technology businesses, primarily across Asia and the US. He co-founded and took two companies public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, ran billion-dollar P&Ls at CNN and Time Inc. in Asia, and later moved into venture capital as a partner at early-stage funds investing in technology companies.

He brings an operator's lens to leadership--someone who has raised capital, run public boards, led M&A, and built across borders. His coaching practice reflects that: structured around decision quality, incentives, and the psychological reality of leadership under pressure.
