About
Leading a large organization or a small team can be extraordinarily lonely. This is especially true if you are a founder - even if you have co-founders.
It's nearly impossible for others, sometimes even those closest to you, to understand the scope, scale, and urgency of your challenges and opportunities. I do - because I've been there.
There's even a Harvard-commissioned case study on how I dealt with the most tumultuous period at my own company as CEO during the global financial crisis, which you can find [here].
I didn’t have an executive coach back then, so I’ve now spent years studying, training, and working to be the coach I wish I could have had.
I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders backed by top-tier funds and firms.
I've also worked with bootstrapped founders/CEOs, corporate executives, family offices, non-profits, and even scientists.
If you're just building momentum, somewhere in the middle, moving toward an exit, in a corporate C-suite, or figuring out what's next, I'm pretty sure I know what's on your plate.

I work with people who lead other people. Often, my clients are founders, CEOs, or senior leaders within organizations (corporates, funds, etc.). The commonality is that all of my clients are ambitious and want to grow their organizations, themselves, and hopefully both.
